Roest is one of the places I like to go in Summer. The reason is simple: it has sand, water, boats, trains and aircraft seats! All in one place. :)
Amsterdam Roest
Taste of Ethiopia

When you go to the same place over and over again, it`s obvious that it is for a very good reason.
The reason to go to Addis Ababa is the unique experience of eating healthy portions of traditional Ethiopian food with your hands and not feeling guilty about it!
Flower Power in Westerpark

The weekend of the rolling kitchens happened this weekend in Westerpark and turned the place into one big outdoor restaurant.
After a piece of tart and several tours around the food area, we`ve finally got exhausted of the flower-power move and found some peace on the grass, uphill, near the trains, with a bottle of prosecco and a bird`s eye view!
T – the Place to Be
Another weekend, another place to have coffee and eat cookies: Lunchroom T!
Tea pots hanging from the ceiling, a funny camel staring at you, an invasion of butterflies against a red wall… And a delicious chocolate cake!
Texel
First time I`ve heard about Texel I had no idea about Texel. :)
And then I wanted to go there ever since.
It finally happened this weekend, all thanks to Gabi. (So thank you, Gabi!)
Situated 3000 km away from the North Pole, between North Sea and Wadden Sea, Texel is an island you can actually go across in just one day. If you catch the bus!
It`s a sanctuary of silence and sand dunes. Here you can only hear the wind.
Whoever wants to write a book is invited to move to Texel. Who doesn`t, is advised to catch the bus and the ferry back home.
Mornings / Spring
Mornings are to a day what Spring is to a year. A magic moment when things come back to life, the air is fresh and hopes are high.
Amsterdam is an amazing city to live in. So simple, but so beautiful and welcoming.
Especially this morning, from East to West, with a warm cappuccino to-go in my hands and with an almost deserted Dam Square – something that you don`t see very often!
Only the small shop of the Coffee Company was already full of people waiting in the line.
I love mornings like these. And if it`s Springtime, well, that`s even better.
Dublin Keeps on Dubblin`

“The good thing about Dublin is that it keep on dubblin`” – I think I might have heard this at least a hundred times when in Dublin. :)
The bad thing is that it rains all the time!
In spite of the grey skies and wet pavements, the city is very alive, full of people in the old centre and around touristic spots and has a charm of its own in the not so exploited locations. It`s coloured, vibrant and creative without losing a kind of majesty that comes from its past.
Look left, look right and let yourself be inspired! The music of U2 will be your soundtrack, like it or not.
